BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
How do I prepare?

Making an appointment
Call 1300 101 695 to book an appointment that suits you. We accept walk-ins for X-ray and ultrasound.

Arrival time
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms before your scan.

What to bring
Please bring the following with you to your appointment:

Medicare card
Referral letter
List of medications, or your actual medications
Any relevant documents (e.g. hospital discharge papers)

Appointment reminders
We will contact you the day before your appointment to remind you and go over any preparation.

Cancelling an appointment
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call us on 1300 101 695 at least one day before.

Test results
Results are sent to your referring doctor, usually within 24 to 48 hours (CTCA, CT calcium score and lung cancer screening: 3 to 5 business days).

Fees
Many scans are bulk billed with a valid referral. If there is a fee, please pay on the day of your scan by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or cash.
