A little preparation goes a long way. Here's everything you need to know before your appointment - plus specific guidance for your procedure.

How do I prepare?

1

Making an appointment

Call 1300 101 695 to schedule an appointment that suits you. Walk-ins are welcome for most X-rays.
2

Arrival time

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms before your scan.
3

What to bring

Please bring the following with you to your appointment:
Medicare card
Referral letter
List of medications, or your actual medications
Any relevant documents (e.g. hospital discharge papers)
4

Appointment reminders

A reminder call will be made the day before your appointment with all the essential information you need.
5

Cancelling an appointment

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least one day in advance so we can reschedule your visit.
6

Test results

Results are sent to your referring doctor promptly. Echo and Stress Echo reports are delivered electronically within 24–48 hours.
7

Fees

Most services are bulk billed. Private bills require payment on the day of your test or consultation via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or cash.
